Karnak Developments has officially introduced Belva to West Cairo’s most prominent residential hubs. Partnering with OUTSITE, the high-impact outdoor campaign used a strategic mix of consecutive billboards and digital screens to carry the message “Where the Journey Becomes the Story”, capturing the attention of daily commuters throughout Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October City.
In Sheikh Zayed’s highly competitive real estate market, building brand recall requires consistent visibility and strategic repetition. Instead of relying on traditional site-based marketing, the goal for Belva was to integrate the development into West Cairo’s daily transit routes.
OUTSITE achieved this through a connected, multi-format network strategy: dynamic digital screens secured high-traffic entry points, while sequential static billboards maintained a constant presence along major corridors. This multi-layered approach surrounded residents and passersby, cementing Belva as a fixture in Sheikh Zayed’s expanding landscape.

The campaign targeted Sheikh Zayed through a high-impact spatial grid, pairing dominant gateway placements with continuous route coverage. By mapping daily audience movement, the media footprint linked the major entrances, the busiest commercial districts and the key residential zones.
Digital placements included the Zayed Entrance Digital Board, Hyper One Digital Board, Capital Digital Board, South Dahshour Digital Board and Galleria 40. These high-visibility assets introduced Belva at the points where commuters circulate through Sheikh Zayed.
The network extended through Juhaina Square, Royal City, Arkan Plaza, Espana Mall, The Gate Plaza, Mazar Mall and Safa Square. These choices positioned the campaign inside the core commercial and live-work-play spaces that prospective residents experience daily.
Coverage across North Dahshour, Zayed 4, Zayed Dunes, Zayed 3 and Mohandseen Gardens carried the campaign deeper into Sheikh Zayed’s expanding residential catchments. Repeated placements at these nodes supported familiarity well beyond a single high-impact board.

OUTSITE used the campaign formats in complementary roles. Digital boards created the strongest visual punctuation at arrival points and high-traffic destinations. Static unipoles and mega-posts extended the campaign across longer journeys, while consecutive placements created continuity and helped the Belva message read as a connected sequence.
This allocation was particularly relevant for a residential development. A single landmark screen can create recognition, but repeated corridor exposure builds the mental availability needed when audiences compare locations and projects over time.
The Belva creative used a cinematic city-and-journey visual language, with the project message carried through large typography and a clear brand signature. The campaign line, “Where the Journey Becomes the Story”, gave the media network a simple narrative to repeat across different screen and billboard formats.
